My massage sessions are designed with your particular muscular issues in mind.  Each session will be unique to you and will use any number of techniques I have collected over 20 years of practice.  

I am now also offering Reiki sessions.  Reiki means, "Universal Life Energy".  Reiki is energy work that can be deeply relaxing and safe for one and all.  You will remain fully clothed during your entire Reiki session so wear something comfy.
